Cancellation Policy
Your reading will be recorded and emailed to you. Due to the time and energy spent by the reader, there will be no refunds for executed appointments.
Please take the information given with discernment. A reading does not substitute for information given by a medical provider, attorney, psychologist or any other licensed professional. Please consult these professionals as needed for their expertise.
All sessions must be booked and paid beforehand, through the website, lemuriandonnacarol.com.
Donna Carol will wait ten minutes for you at your appointed time. If you do not show up for your appointed time, you forfeit your session fee, as another could have taken that appointment. No-shows will not be rescheduled.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there will be a $50 service cancellation fee taken out of your refund.
- If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, there will be a $35 service cancellation fee taken out of your refund.
- If you cancel your appointment and give at least 48 hours notice, there will be a $10 administration fee to cover PayPal’s nonrefundable merchant processing fees. This will be deducted from your refund.

By paying for your session you acknowledge that you have read Lemurian Donna Carol’s cancellation policy and agree to be bound by them. You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify Donna Carol Martens, for any information or energy received during a session, class or reading.
